We will require a credit card deposit against the fuel tank value and as a precautionary measure against vehicle theft but our special rates carry no customer responsibility for damage to the hire car!

Our tariffs are based on payment on arrival at Faro Airport. We apply no cancellation charges at all, we simply ask to let us know as promptly as possible that you wish to change the booking or cancel so we can free up the planned vehicle for another all-inclusive-car-hire customer. If you have insisted on prepayment prior to arrival, we will arrange an immediate refund the same working day as we are notified of your cancellation.
