There is no "excess value", no amount of "unwaiverable responsibility" or any of the other gobble-de-gook phrases invented by the car rental industry to hide away the bottom line.  Unlike traditional car rental companies there is no credit card deposit during the hire because there really is no excess or responsibility. If you've been offered a "no excess" car rental elsewhere ask them (we dare you) if you have leave a credit card deposit against damage!

 Unlike other sources of car hire, we don't want your money "up-front"! - we still confirm your reservation and rush you back a car rental voucher via email the same day as booking but we let you pay on arrival when you've collected your car at our rental station. No credit card security issues over the internet. You can pay on arrival by any major credit card (no supplements there either) or in cash just as you please! Please note for scheduled arrivals between 20:00 and 08:00 we require full prepayment of the reservation value as a precaution against ficticious bookings.

It couldn't be simpler to collect your vehicle at London Heathrow. You'll be met personally in the arrivals hall by the uniformed all-inclusive-car-hire.com agent who will accompany you personally to your car. We insist on knowing your arrival flight number in order to make a reservation with us so that however late your flight arrives our representative will be waiting for you. Remember, we're the only car rental company in the UK that does not charge supplements for late arrivals. Returning your vehicle is equally straight-forward : you simply return the vehicle back to the passenger car park, telephone us on a toll free number to let us know where the car is and then walk back into check-in. Nobody is going to check-in the car with you looking for scratches and bangs .. remember you have NO responsibility for the car during the hire period .. so there's no waiting around in while the clock ticks away to check-in of your flight!
